In my house there is a never ending supply of brown bananas. One week I buy bananas and the kids eat them in a day the next time they sit there are go brown. When life give your brown bananas you make bread!
I know everyone has their preferred recipe but I swear this one is a keeper. After trying many different recipes this is my go-to banana bread recipe. It has a crunchy top, dark brown sugar bread. You can add nuts or chocolate chips and it tastes amazing toasted with butter. This recipe freezes really well so I always make a double batch.
Tip: I prefer mini loaf plans like this, I find they cook faster and the loaves are much more moist. I have listed the cook times for regular size pans and minis, in my opinion
